Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within the stated handling time at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are free from damage or defects.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Customer remorse
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Carrier delays
- Refused or unclaimed packages
If a refund is approved, only the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including the packaging. Claims submitted without proper documentation may be denied.
